Poppy was found Bland county. She was found in the road way and was scared to death. She is a love bug and walks great on leash. We have not been able to dog test her yet. Adoption fees are $20 (cash or check only) per dog with an approved adoption application.

• Adoption of dogs is open to residents of Grayson, Carroll, Pulaski, Bland, Smyth and Wythe County
• Adopters must fill out an Adoption Application Form - speed up adoption by bringing a completed form with you when visiting the shelter or E-mail it to shelter@wytheco.org
• Adopters must sign an agreement to have the adopted pet vaccinated and spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption.
• Adopters must return the proof of sterilization paperwork within seven (7) days of dog being spayed or neutered.
• Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to anyone including out of state residents.
