This sweet boy was surrender to our shelter due to no fault of his own. He is very sweet wants to be right with you. He has been great with other dogs. We do not know about cats. He is available now. Get those applications in and get this boy into a new home.

NOTE: Puppies chew, mess and make a noise. They require vaccines, sterilization, training and lots of patience! Think carefully before adding a puppy to your family. They do not have an 'OFF' switch! .

  • Adoption of dogs is open to residents of Grayson, Carroll, Pulaski, Bland, Smyth and Wythe County
  • Adopters must fill out an Adoption Application Form - speed up adoption by bringing a completed form with you when visiting the shelter or E-mail it to shelter@wytheco.org
  • Adopters must sign an agreement to have the adopted pet vaccinated and spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption.
  • Adopters must return the proof of sterilization paperwork within seven (7) days of dog being spayed or neutered.
  • Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to anyone including out of state residents.
